Information we collect
During checkout, we collect your name and email address to process your order and send your private PDF download links. Payment details are handled by Polar and its payment providers and are never stored by Kozmikus.
How we use your data
We use checkout information to complete purchases, send private download links, provide support, prevent misuse, and maintain legally required transaction records. When you use the AI guide, your answers are sent securely to OpenAI only to generate the response you requested; Kozmikus does not store those answers in its database. If a staff member uses the AI-assisted payment-recovery drafting tool, limited order and site-interaction information is sent to OpenAI to prepare a draft that staff review before sending. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models by default and, under its standard policy, may be retained for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring.
Device storage and analytics
The site may store your cart, language, recent book views, reading feedback, and a random journey identifier on your device. The active AI guide conversation is stored in this browser so you can continue later and expires after 7 days. The local reader journey, which may include your answers and resulting recommendation, resets after 60 days without a visit. Expired data is removed when you next open the site, and you can clear it sooner through your browser controls. Analytics is configured to measure site use without collecting payment details or form contents.
Data protection
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to operational systems is restricted, and full card details are not stored on Kozmikus servers.

Digital delivery
Digital products are delivered through private PDF download links sent to the email address provided during checkout, usually within a few minutes after payment. The links remain active for 7 days. You are responsible for entering a correct email address.
Personal-use license
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the delivered files. Resale, public distribution, and unauthorized sharing are prohibited.
Limitation of liability
Books are educational products and are not medical, legal, financial, or crisis advice. To the extent permitted by law, Kozmikus is not responsible for decisions made solely from book content.
